This is a 12-week Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that meets three days a week. It isn't a lecture, and it isn't a casual support group. It's real group therapy led by licensed clinicians, where you learn how your moods actually work and build practical tools to manage them. If you take medication, this works alongside it, not in place of it.
