Clinical criteria
Adults 18+ living with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, or persistent mood disorders who would benefit from a higher level of care than weekly outpatient, but do not require hospitalization. Recently discharged from inpatient, PHP, or ED welcome.
Model & structure
- 12-week structured Intensive Outpatient Program
- Group therapy as primary modality (CPT 90853)
- CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing curriculum
- Daytime schedule with consistent groups
- Individual therapy and medication management coordination
- Post-program transition planning back to outpatient care

We coordinate with you throughout treatment. We return the client to your care with a transition summary. You will not be left wondering what happened.
